Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

We have a real treat for you guys! Do you need a new breakfast idea? This Blueberry smoothie bowl is easy to whip together and is a great way to start your day.



It is topped with banana slices, shredded coconut, blueberries, and fresh & frozen blackberries. Smoothie ingredients are just frozen bananas and blueberries! Our kind of breakfast!

What is a smoothie bowl?

Yes, just like you guessed.. they are smoothies. But you eat them in a bowl! They provide you with the opportunity to get creative with your ingredients and toppings.

Keep reading to find the full recipe:


  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Optional: 1/4-1/2 cup liquid 


  • STEP 1
Add ingredients to a high-speed blender. If the frozen ingredients won't blend, add a bit of liquid. Pour into bowl and top with frozen blueberries, blackberries, fresh banana, and coconut flakes.
